The Mail Server handling your mail is also relaying from an unresolved Open Relay. Fix that server and we will test and allow if it is Secured

421 Go away, AOL ignores Spam Reports

AOL Mail that we receive are 100% Spam but AOL does not enforce their Acceptable Use Policy and the same Spammer continues even after we report to abuse@aol.com - if you are a legitimate AOL user, why are you paying the same price as High Speed Cable or DSL for a Dial Up account? Dump AOL and switch to a responsible ISP that enforces AUP while offering competitive rates and great service.

If you received a rejection notice that brought you to this page and you feel that your email has been blocked unjustly, please send an email to explain your case at kendryl_diagnostics@hotmail.com and we will respond promptly. You may need to also complain to your ISP, if we deem that they were negligent in responding to our Spam Reports.

You may be needed to support your case with evidence, such as the following examples:

Evidence of a user on our network that actually signed up for a double opt-in Mailing List
Request of a re-test for an Open Relay in a multiple stage open relay
Proof that you just inherited a "bad" subnet and wish to be de-listed
You are a legitimate Emailer from a Banned Country, such as Korea, Japan, Russia, Spain, Thailand, and etc. We ban email from certain countries when Spam exceeds a preset threshold, by ratio to legitimate email. The next criteria is how your ISP responds to Spam Reports. If Spam Reports go unanswered in 72 hours, only then do we begin blocking by Countries. Regardless of whether your ISP does not understand the responsibility of AUP enforcement or they just do not understand English. Another reason for blocking Countries is the high ratio of Badly Configured Mail Servers with Security Holes equivalent to Swiss Cheese.
