kendryl and all it's subsidiaries, hereafter named kendryl, take your Privacy very seriously. As part and parcel of running our systems, we may come across Private Information about our Users, Customers or Clients (hereafter called clients).

kendryl will not rent or sell any non-public information about our Clients. kendryl may however share non-public information any one of the following circumstances:

With your full consent to share the information authorized by you, the Client
To share the information for purposes of your request of Products or Services
Sharing of information to Third Party companies to provide a Product or Service to you; these Third Party companies do not, however, have the right to reuse your information, above and beyond what is necessary to provide the said Product or Service
We will provide non-public information when under subpoena or under any legal proceedings or court orders, or as necessary to do so for national security

kendryl restricts access to your nonpublic personal information to those staff / employees who need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you.
